Dustin Anderson, Owner, and previous sweeper operator began his career with Glenda Lee sweeping in 2007. In Oct. 2008 A1 Pavement Maintenance purchased the company. Dustin started by working nights to eventually running the day shift and helping with maintenance. Dustin has worked hard over the years to learn the maintenance and how to operate day to day activities as a leader and manager for Randy and Mary Kelton. Dustin had a dream to eventually run his own company and has dedicated himself to making sure that he could find a way to make that dream a reality while improving the foundation that was already established and is committed to taking it to the next level. This means living by what he teaches his 4 children, we are here to leave this world a better place than we found it. When Dustin steps foot on a job he gives nothing less than a 100% period.

Ashli Anderson, Owner and Office Manager and yes wife to Dustin Anderson. Ashli has spent the last 10 years in the wireless industry.  She had started as an entry level door greeter and over the last 10 years has worked her way through the ranks to a district manager overseeing 11 Stores.  Ashli goes into every situation ready to learn and grow.  She is always there to help teach and help others grow in their career while growing as individuals. Ashli will be the point of contact for our companies. Managing the office and taking the phone calls, keeping the wheels rolling. Furthermore, she will handle payroll so play nice guys!

While we have grown as individuals we have also grown together as a couple. We are committed to expanding on the foundation that has been laid. Taking the Company further than anyone thought Possible. Now this is where you come in. As a company we need to all have a unified goal. Serving our community and our customers leaving them 100% satisfied with their service. How do we do this? It starts with 5 core values all of which must be exemplified.
